for overall heart health? Not weight loss, which is 10,000 – just a healthy lifestyle.

Then you do it once or twice and all of a sudden the pedometer is on the desk collecting dust.

When I wear my pedometer I track between 13,000 and 20,000 steps a day for a normal day of my activities. Do you really think that the whole 10,000 steps a day thing is significant?? If so, I am sittin pretty, otherwise I need to start exercising. But, I hate to exercise, i would rather just live and do, KWIM?
