Daily or weekly. Please don’t be smart and say ‘exercise and eat right’ or anything so obvious, just some tips please!
I am a 16 year old male. I would like to lose weight and increase muscle for my health, fitness and appearance… I play sports, so fitness is important. What exercise should i be doing daily? and how much of that exercise.. ex: 25 pushups? I am searching for a (for lack of a better word) schedule that i should follow to lose weight and build muscle…. Thanks!
I am 16 yrs old a male and my pedometer reads at about 15,000 steps or more on most days
I weigh about 145-148 lbs
and im like 5 foot 7
does anyone know what my sleep needs are also how many hours im pretty active i guess
Ok, so in the morning at school i run and play games where i have to run a lot in gym. Then i go to the cafeteria and eat a peanut butter or Turkey sandwich with some fruit snacks and an orange (i used to eat hamburgers and fries at the school lunch line). When i go home i run my street 4 times and skateboard for 30 minutes. Eat dinner Then i go and eat some oranges and grapfruits and sometimes cereal. Then i practice my bass and then go to sleep. Is my new routine good?
I used to exercise only once a week and eat a lot at night and day. Now i only eat chocolate and burgers like once a month.
Is this good?
