I drink lots of water daily. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Try to exercise daily. I’m hoping to pick up more pointers from all of you.

Cosmetics, facecare, and bodycare may be what you normally think of, but what about things like vitamins, diet products, exercise equipment, etc. that’s not categorized as a ‘health/beauty’ product but still affects health and beauty indirectly? Any examples you can think of?

I have offically decided to get healthy and lose weight. I am not going to be a couch potatoe anymore and I am pretty excited. The only problem is this is new for me. Never worked out before. I am not looking for a quick fix but I am looking for something that will show results and keep me motivated. I work for hotel and will have access to our gym (tredmill, bike, weight stuff and stair climber). If anyone has any ideas or suggestions about exercising or even cutting certain stuff out of diet.
