I know this has been asked before, but the best answer contained essentially the same info as in on WW eTools – that to earn 1 activity point, if you weight up to 149 lbs, you would need to do 35 min of low intensity activity.
This doesn’t really do me any good because I have a pedometer that measures my calories, steps, distance, but doesn’t tell me how many minutes I spent walking.
Is there a formula I can use to calculate WW Activity Points based on calories burned? Thank you -
i used a website to calculate my bmr for a 220lb, 71inch, 22yr old @ 2200 calories a day without any activity included. When i was heavier, my bmr was around 2400 & i added 500 for activity calories, and i ate around 1900 calories and lost a few pounds week. now i use my pedometer to calculate my calories @ about 300 cals for 2miles, add that to 2200=2500, and i ate for 2 weeks about 1700 and stayed at 220. am i eating too few or too many?
I seem to break pedometers or when I sweat, they quit working/fog up, etc. I’ve reviewed some watches online, but none seem to get raving reviews from people that purchased them. I definately want a watch (easy to wear while working out) and it needs to be able to track my actual distance, not just steps, and calories burned. If it can do my heart rate, that’d be a plus. Please HELP! I’m starting to train for my first half marathon and want to be able to track my workouts and progress successfully and accurately. THANKS!
If someone walks 10,000 steps(marked by a pedometer)at a slow/medium pace, how many calories would they burn off?
I just got this pedometer and it said that I burned 589.3 kcal and I want to know how many calories that would be? If you could help me that would be awesome! Thanks.
