Honestly, I want to lose a good amount of weight because I realized I am a beautiful girl and with a kick *** bod maybe a model? Anyways, it would be good for me. I am between 5′8 and 5′9 and weigh 140. I have ‘love handles’ and most my weight is in my legs, especially my thighs. I know there is no such thing as spot reduction, but any particular exercises to help? I eat well and have already devised a better eating plan, although tips are welcome.
I mean If she/he knows that he has the nicest face… but is covered or overpowered by fat/oil/dirt….
If you get it, would a person look better if he/she starts to exercise and care about his skin/clothing? and improve on his/her diet/health?

I’m almost sitting at 200 lbs, I need to exercise to get this weight off as it is aggravating my arthritis in my back, I wanted to know what you thought ….
1. should I check with a doctor First before starting any type of exercise ( even if it’s exercise around the house …. like : walking, biking, using weights, video exercise tapes ) ??
2. What type of exercises should I be doing ?? I don’t have the access to a gym, I would have to do these at home.
3. What am I looking for as with losing pounds ( how many pounds should I be losing a week )
4. do you think it is possible for a large woman to get fit and in time will actually look like she’s lost a lot of weight ???
Right now, I do only a little of exercising ( besides walking ) due to I get tired REAL fast. My arms and legs begin to tingle, I get headaches easier, heart rate is above normal.
I did not Realize Just how Big I was until i looked in a mirror. Do you think the mirror adds pounds to your look ?
I have heard that swimming is the ultimate cardio exercise, but I have rowed on Concept2 rowing machines and it definitely increased my heart rate, so I am wondering if rowing is somehow better overall?
