So Monday afternoon I got this really bad headache, by Monday night I wanted someone to call an ambulance as I really felt like it was going to explode. I threw up and was disorientated, could barely speak and felt very very wrong. I’ve had this kind of headache before (only recently) but never this bad, it was actually very scary and I don’t scare easily really when it comes to my health.
I wandered perhaps if it was a migraine, I’ve never been diagnosed as having one before so couldn’t even say what a migraine felt like, but my housemate says he used to get them and he had a pulsing pain with it, where as mine is a constant throbbing, agonizing pain, and to be honest 2 days later I’m still feeling like there’s something go on in there, it’s still kind of uncomfortable.
I just wanted to know if this sounded like a migraine to anyone – or if anyone has a similar experience with headaches? I’m not overly light sensitive when I get the pain, which I did hear was a symptom of migraines. Also, with migraines, do they tend to linger for a few days afterwards? This is concerning me slightly.
If it continues I’ll go to the doctor, but I thought for now I could post here and get some other people’s experiences. I’m generally in very good health, I exercise regularly and eat healthily (Im a dancer), I do smoke but my general habits haven’t changed recently (I’m not smoking any more or any less etc).
Thanks for your comments.

I start a workout and within a few seconds it will end the workout. “Workout completed. Workout distance.02. Time: 3 seconds.” How annoying!
Yesterday I had four three second workouts. What is going on? Could the sensor be shot? Has this happened to anyone else? I had to finish the last three miles of a six mile run without the pedometer and timer functions working. And I don’t want to go into an October marathon with the possibility of it doing this again! But I’m also hesitant to buy a brand new sensor/piece unless I know it’s shot for good.
Ideas?

i weigh myself 3-4 times per day, and would feel lost if i didn’t constantly know my weight.
my BMI is 18.5, which means i’m classified as normal.
as far as food goes, i have a low-calorie dinner, and sometimes i might have a cup of soup for lunch, but i prefer to go without.
i can’t stand eating, i think it’s really pointless, and i get embarrassed about it easily.
i wear a pedometer, count caloried obsessively, and try to walk as much as i can.
i can’t stand looking at myself in mirrors, because it upsets me to see what i look like. i often end up avoiding them or covering them up with stuff in my house.
what do you think i should do ?

My husband and I walk together I walk more steps and more miles but his pedometer says he burns more calories than me. We bought the same pedometers so we could keep track. Does my being 50 have a bearing on how many calories I burn? HELP

I exercise 3 times a week in the gym for 40 minutes and keep a pedometer during the day, due to walking at work….
