I heard on the BBC that the Government operates a scheme to help people with cardiac problems to join Health and Fitness clubs in order to be able to participate in exercise.
Can anyone tell me the name of the scheme? Is it part of the NHS?

I saw an application that acts as a pedometer for use with a blackberry but is 40 dollars. Does anyone know of any apps you can use for route planning for jogging or average speeds or anything involving running?
