but on the weekends I pig out!
Is this bad? its easier to eat healthier at work because im a cheapo and prefer to make my meals at home. but i get paid on friday and go and eat out at restraunts…..is this BAD for my health/weight?
I usually drink like 12 to 14 beers then sleep it off for most of a day. Basically I go about 2 maybe 3 days in between drinking alcohol. and was just wondering if this could lead to cirrohsis of the liver? I’ve been drinking for about 3 years. I drink plenty of water, eat well take vitamins, and get lots of sleep and I’m young and used to exercise on a regular basis but not anymore. I always feel tired?
Hi there. Im 13 years old, and i am wondering how many calories i should be having everyday and how many of those i should be burning off? Ive heard i should have about 1500, but that cant be right because that is about the equivilent of 1 and 1/2 DEEP FRYED MARS BARS!!! So how many calories should i be having each day? Plus, i have got a new pedometer and im wondering how many steps i should be doing each day?? (ive been doing about 15000 to 20000) Is this enough to burn off the calories i consume? (i dont eat an awful lot of junk food) And also, am i overweight? im about 165cm tall (pretty tall for a boy who has just turned 13) and i weigh about 63kg??
THANKS SO MUCH!!! =)
If you’re interested in the exercise science field, or if you studied exercise science, or you just feel the need to answer this question:
can you tell me in your opinion what challenges you see today in the exercise/sport/health science profession?
and how do you see this field evolving within the next 10 years???
This is for a survey for my exercise science class. I’d really appreciate it. Thanks guys
As a male virgin who plans on saving himself for marriage, I get really annoyed when I read all of the articles and chain emails that discuss how healthy sex is. They keep insisting in terms of health, it’s smarter to have sex around 3 times a week than save yourself for something.
They say sex releases certain hormones and cuts down cancer risks & early mortality rates.
Obviously, sex is good exercise, but aside from that, all that’s happening to you during sex is ejaculation and the emotional gratification of knowing someone will do it with you.
PHYSICALLY, I don’t see any difference between sex and masturbation, (aside from the extra exercise, which can be made up for).
(I understand semen can be healthy for women in ways, but I’m asking about the males here.)
Is there really much difference to your body between actual sex and masturbation? Are single guys who pleasure themselves now and then supposedly missing out on these lower mortality rates? I don’t see how they could.
