i wore a pedometer while at work and it said i walked almost 4 miles! could i consider that part of my workout for the day? i work at a bakery and were busy around this time and man do i sweat! thanks for the help guys!

    Yes, you definitely can consider that part of your workout. It must be close to the 10,000 steps a day each of us should walk.

    4 miles is a lot of exercise.
    1 mile is around 100-150 calorie depending on intensity.
    so you have burnt 400 cal.
