    Why do you say that? And heavy ab work is the way to go. You can lose as much fat as you want but without builing up the underlying muscle enough, it will never be defined. Think of a scrawny lil guy, he may have little fat on his arm, but without some mass it will not look cut. Heavy abs and a strict diet of 6-8 meals a day consuming anywhere from 3000-5000 calories a day will have your abs showing more than anything. Not cardio and abs together, and not high rep abs.

    You can not isolate your abs without invloving the hip flexors. It is insane to attempt to, and minimizes the health benefits by trying to isolate. You want to teach your hip flexors to work with the abdominals, because the better coordination muscle groups that stabilize the core have the less likely you are to have back injury, and the stronger your core will be, which means you will enjoy a whole host of performance improvements.Do some research before you make a video.

    Tip: You cannot target body fat.IE if you have a large bottom, doing squats and leg excercises is NOT going to target the fat in your bottom to burn faster. The body decides what fat to burn and when.What you need to do is expend alot of energy, the more energy you expend, the more fat you will lose.If you have a large bottom, chances are that your body prefers breaking down fat from other places first for energy, just keep at it and the fat will melt from you body uniformely.

    listin guys if u have a belly fat dont work ur abs becuase its gunna make u look more fat just do cardio and abs at the same time but never do abs alone when ur fat its just a tip
