    Sounds like you are describing a condition called Gynecomastia. No exercise can help. Relax, it is perfectly normal where SOME boys usually in early puberty (ages 13-15) devlop puffy tissue around the nipples. I know can be the cause of cruel teasing, but it usually goes away by itself over time. If enough where you can pinch about 3/4 an inch or so a simple out patient treament is available. Ask your MD. How old are you?

    i run, play football, do loads of pushups and situps, the plank, squats, etc….. and mainly puishups, ive been doing this since febuary adding a new excercise to my workout time, but i cant get rid of my fat on my chest. Its not very much but there is alot of chest muscle on my chest but on the ends there is a bit of fat that make the tits all pointy, its really annoying seeing as i do like 30 sets of pushups each from 15 – 20 reps and they are perfect pushups.

    eat less than 2000 cal a day, and do weight trainings. ull lose about 10 pounds a month

    ur nt fucked bud bu you got alot ahead trust me push ur self best thing to start isjoggin a couple miles every day like jog on way until ur dead beat tired take a min or two then jog back hit the ab loung

    If you are truly just 19 and already 350 pounds you have serious health problems. You are Morbidly Obese, more than 125 pound over weight at high risk for heart problem, type 2 diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea and a host of other things like joint problems increased risk of several types of cancer. You are fucked in the sense if you don’t do something about your weight you’ll be 450 by the time your 25 and soon after confined to bed unable to get out of it, you legs won’t support your weight.

    If you don’t know any better It is common to swing your arms and use your back. That’s how your create momentum which allows you to “cheat” and thus lift more or for longer than you could if you did the exercise the RIGHT way. If the “coach” encourages this or just looks the other way he isn’t a good coach since this is the path to back and shoulder injuries. You can visit any gym and see the same thing. Learn proper form so it becomes a habit.
