I really want to lose weight.
I am 160 cm and i’m 50.9 kg.
I want to be tall and skinny but that’s not what I was born with so I am fat and normal.
I think that girls look nice when they are normal weight and all but, I want to be skinny.
So I would like to be about 45 kg without damaging my health.
I exercise 6 times a week. :)
And if I ;
-don’t eat candy that much maybe about 1 a month ( well I don’t eat candy really, I have braces and my teeth always hurt when I chew the candy. )
- only eat yogurt and fruits.
- only eat half of what I would normally eat
- only eat about 3-4 meals a day.
- eat dinner that my mom makes which will include fast food. ( I can’t chose what’s for dinner :/ ) So I can’t just say no to her that I won’t eat what she is offering me. I don’t want her to know about this weight loss I am going to do because I don’t want her to worry. :)
– Will this damage my health in any way ?
I want to lose weight so my thighs won’t touch and my cheekbones will be more visible.
Please don’t be mean, rather help me :)

    If you only eat yogurt and fruits you will eventually get soo hungry that you will binge. You need to eat protein with every meal along with fresh fruits and vegetables. Eat whole grains, avoid white flour and sugar and don’t drink sodas. Drink plenty of water. If your mom gets take out alot, why don’t you find some healthy supper recipes and tell her that you will make supper. Research online about nutrition and teach your family about healthy ways of eating. This will help you and also your family at the same time. Good Luck…………..

    Rather than only eating fruits and yogurt you should be eating a small portion of a variety of foods. only eating fruit and yogurt can be pretty bad for you, you wont see effects immediately but after a while it can cause some problems. The only thing you should limit is fat, but do not cut fat out completely, you need a little to build muscle and maintain good health. Building and toning muscle will also work to burn off extra calories even at rest.

  • Gee, I know being skinny is ‘popular’, but does it really matter? After all, who cares. Why spend time on this when you could be having fun.
    Also, fat food is REALLY bad for you, regardless of weight.
    Not to mention what happened to a mere THREE meals a day? do you need a fourth?
    However, eating only fruit/yogurt is damaging to health. You won’t have enough energy and will not be able to build muscle.

    Yes you will loose weight but you will also damage your health with the diet plan, of only yogurts and fruits.
    In order to loose weight you MUST cut back on the calories!!! Limit your portion intake not your meals, and lower the calorie count.
