I am 16, 5 10 and 180 pounds. And i exercise moderately (Over weight)
I have been eating health and exercising for months( i don’t remember how many). I have lost 20 pounds to get to 180. However, now that i am aware of what i eat, i have cut many unhealthy foods from my life and i feel that my body just doesn’t need as much to be full. I am now concerned about my caloric intake because i don’t meet it and i really don’t want to push more food in my body when i feel i don’t need it. Please give me good advice, i don’t need websites to find out my required intake. I would be really nice if a experienced person answers this question. So do i really have to meet the requirment and i don’t want to screw up my metabolism.

add in a supplemental drink into your diet, like a milk drink.
sustagen is good. it will not only give your moore calorie, but it will give you added nutrition because its full of minerals
