I have type 2 diabetes and thyroid problems. I am about 70 lbs from my ideal weight. I have physical pain that prevents alot of exercise . What is a good fat burning food? I dont eat alot . I also dont eat alot of food that is bad for me. any suggestions please?

Citrus fruits burn fat really well. You could eat low cal foods like berries and egg whites. Also make sure you only eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks.
Try excersizing a little bit theres really no excuse for not doing it. Swimming, water aerobics, lifting weights, jump rope…all those things can be done with minimal effort. Even just taking a thirty minute walk will help!
Hope it helps
celery takes more calories to burn off than it actually contains
good luck!!!
pilates, yoga, and walking helps too and it helps with the physical pain and plus it gives good circulation and the pain will be less. Stay away from carbs, if you like to eat food that are carbed based my suggestion is take a low intake of carbs per week. Start out walking atleast 20 minutes for 3-5 days and then increase it up. Also talk to your doctor and he/she can help out too. Exercise is important. Break your meals down into 6 small meals rather than 3 big ones.
before doing anything talk to your doctor
for breakfast eat wholegrains and fruit. instant outmeal packets are good an filling as well. For lunch a mozzerela and cucumber salad with balsamic. Cucumber actually burns more calories then when you take it in! and for dinner grilled fish chicken with your favourite salad! sounds boring but yiou get the idea. everything in moderation as well. When you sit down try and do like 10 butt squeezes, cant go wrong with a firm but! same with your thighs! gd luck x
