If it is summer time then try eat 6 or 8 meals like eat very small meals then that will give your stomach time to chew it up pretty good , I lost weight that way.
I seem to not eat as much this time of the year. it seems that it is so hot and summer is not even here yet and I am not as hungry. I love eating fruit and salad the most but I don’t eat salad everyday.
My feeling is a person only needs to eat one meal a day and not a large one at that.
My meal includes protein vegetables and a salad.
