All suggestions welcome! I’m thinking healthy eating, exercise…but what other small steps could I take to help me be healthier?
And I’ve chosen the number 7 because I think it’s a good number of ‘daily’ things to work towards! But if you only want to suggest one thing, that’s fine too.

Eat more fruit and veg and cut out the chocs
Drink more water and fruit juice
Do something positive with your day e.g. phone a friend you havent made contact with for ages, or sort out some outstanding paperwork

Hi good looking, try and meditate for 10 mins twice a day, just concentrate on the breath as it goes in and out of the nose and if any thoughts pop up just let them go and return to the breath, this trains the mind to let go of worries and be clear, find a nice enjoyable hobby as we all need something we like besides work, drink lotsa fresh water as it keeps you hydrated, fresh fruit of course, watch less TV as it gives more time for the important things (that’s if u do watch a lot) erm can’t think of anything else miss…

    1. Don’t skip meals, cut them in half and eat more of them. Eating 5 small meals a day is better than eating 3 normal/big meals.
    2. Excercise (it’s a given). Instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs, 3.walk places instead of driving, 4.when you want to watch TV take a walk instead, 5.go swimming when you have free time.
    6. Eat lots of fruit and veggies. (although eating more veggies than fruit is better for you, fruit does have lots of natural sugar that isn’t always good for you if you eat a lot of it.)
    7. Get off your bum and do something besides computer. Cooking good quality meals with lots of vegetables and spices are better for you than the quick TV dinners that lots of people eat because they’re quicker.
Good luck trying to improve your health. I hope I helped you! :D

More country walks as nature is healing. More time with loved ones forming deeper bonds-love heals. Have fun-go on an adventure holiday-adrenaline is good for you keeping you young(in moderation). Look over your past-make a list of all fears and resentments. Ask yourself honestly why you have them-what caused them. Do you need to ask anyone’s forgiveness/amends?

Um, let me see if I can think of 7 (OMG it seems a lot):
    1. Eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day
    2. Eat oily fish at least twice a week (they reckon that its good for you).
    3. Eat 3 portions of low fat dairy foods a day (Its in this month’s freebie Asda magazine)
    4. Exercise more
    5. Drink less alcohol
    6. Eat dark chocolate, as it boosts the happy hormone seratonin, thereby preventing depression. Chocolate is good for you. Woohoo!
    7. Quit smoking if you haven’t already.
