1. The amazon cell phone agreement, that will take $250 from my account if I break any of its terms, lasts 6 months and so after those 6 months, I am free right? I’m not bound to att for 2 years or anything right?

2. If I receive a defected phone and have issues with it, will amazon replace it?
3. The service is reliable right? I’ve never bought a phone over a 3rd party online site before.
4. I’ve heard that the battery life on the phone is pretty bad. But what if I turn off the bluetooth, pedometer, side led lights, and turn down the brightness. Will the phone be able to go for about a week between charges?
Thanks in advance!

1. It sounds like you will be free after 6 months. Just don’t break any terms before then.
2. If your phone is defected I think you would contact amazon about it. They are the ones selling it.
3. Amazon is great. I have purchased many, many, many things from there. I have not had any problems. If you do have a problem, just contact Amazon. If you have a phone related question, like text messaging problems you would need to contact AT&T customer care.
4. Haven’t heard much about the battery life. You can go to phonescoop.com to read reviews on the phone. You can also go on the forum there to see what people say about the phone. Or ask your question about the charging.
