I’m looking for muscle tone and general cardio-health. Is it better than jogging or jumping rope? What other non-boring exercises are there?

treading water is tough for me.
Aerobics, I know it’s mostly females who do it, but I took aerobics classes, it’s a nice upbeat way to do cardio. and because it’s mostly females, the classes are geared more towards muscle toning/cardio health. An hour so music, working out, it’s not easy, but it’s fun and it’s challenging.
Cardio exercises (to me at-least) are very boring if done alone. I used to run cross country and track, so I couldn’t say that to me jogging is boring since I always kinda enjoyed running.
I have to say, p90x cardio-x and plyometrics-x are fun and super challenging cardio workouts as well.

i like power walking around our Rose Bowl loop. it’s a circle that’s 3.1 miles. i do this three times a week.
i don’t think it’s boring because i’m looking at nice scenery around the Rose Bowl and around the gold course and i’m talking with people.

Yes, but it wont get your heart rate up high, which is important for a good cardio work out. try jogging a bit (get you sweating some) then take a swim and do the water sports to cool down.
