Someplace exotic, sensual and beautiful. awe-inspiring, relaxing, peaceful but exciting. Adventurous but not too uncomfortable because of the health issues. Minor exercise is okay. Privacy is necessary. Small private pool would be good but not a necessity, if there is such a thing.
If you make a suggestion please include the best time of year to go.
Budget might be up to about $6,000 for 2-4 weeks away. We can have one or several destinations but don’t want to wear ourselves out with travel time.

Someone already mentioned Kauia. I would recommend the island of Oahu where Waikiki Beach is. The place is romantic. From your hotel room, you can just stroll down to the beach without having to walk for miles. You can watch a show, have dinner, go shopping all within walking distance of one another.
The transportation system is excellent plus you will feel safe at night. If you want to go outside of Waikiki, you can take a private tour bus or a taxi. You can have the liberty of choosing a hotel with a private pool.
For 2 people, I think 4 grand would be more than enough for a couple of weeks. But if you want to use the whole 6 grand, you guys can hop to the other 3 major islands and spend the whole 4 weeks there.
I went this year in June. I could hardly feel the heat because of the constant breeze of the ocean. It was wonderful. I went with my 75 year old mother. She has arthritis but didn’t have it while there. I think any time of the year is ideal.
There are about 2 hospitals in the island (there maybe more but not sure) so if you’re concern about emergency and stuff, don’t be.

I honeymooned in Hawaii. Very romantic. We went in October. Stayed right on Waikiki Beach for 6 days then flew to the Big Island. Also very romantic. Stayed there for another 6 days. A lot of sightseeing at both islands. Before you die, you should see Hawaii

Niagara Falls by far the most beautiful for the least amount of money. Romance abounds.

The island of Kawai is always nice…offers everything you mentioned and is reasonably close to healthcare facilities. Any time of year is good too, especially winter.

try a cruise ship. Thay have doctor and nurses onboard. Don’t know where you are starting from though so it makes it difficult to give advice. Time of year makes no matter with cruises as many are carribean. Key West Fla is nice. Blue water and white sand. Hawaii is nice if starting from west coast. The smaller islands are reasonable and just as pretty. Many offer bungalos with private beaches.

Go to the road less traveled in Ajuy Iloilo to Marbuena Island resort. Beaches as stunning as Boracay and no hawkers and a staff waiting to cater to your every need in the Philippines. It is very romantic and peaceful and is picture perfect. No, you won’t find it on the web. Besides if you spent $100 a day I would be surprised. Fresh caught seafood on an open grill and a friendly helpful staff. Avoid rainy season, July through November. May through August are also especially hot and humid. Best time to go is December through March.
Have some health issues ? There are great hospitals in Iloilo city about 1.5 hours away. There are some local clinics/hospitals that provide adequate care. I have a heart condition at 45 and need to be aware of such things.

If you are looking for exotic, peaceful, awe-inspiring, relaxing, and most of all beautiful, Tahiti is the answer. 8.5 hours flight from Los Angeles airport, approx. 3.5 hours below Hawaii. If you want absolute privacy, stay in a resort, they have bungalows from garden to over the water. For the most breathtaking island, try Bora Bora. I went on my honeymoon a year ago, and still cannot get it off my mind. Best time to go is summer, since Tahiti is below the equator, so the weather is the opposit of the US. Although Tahiti is hot year round, their winter season would be in the low 80’s. Pick up a travel brochure from AAA and you will know what I’m talking about.
In terms of budget, do expect to spend all of your $6000.00 for a 1 1/2 weeks period.

Take an Alaskan cruise. My parents are going for their second time in two weeks. They love Alaska, and the cruise.
