Do you shrink or your health gets damaged by exercising. LIke if you do push-ups, sit ups, and running around, does that shrink your growth. I am 15 years, so I am still growing and developing, and I do all these daily so is it harmful to my health.

NO! It is not harmful to workout at your age. Kudos for working out! Eating a healthy diet and doing a good workout 4-6 days a week will keep your body running smoothly and help you grow. What mostly determines your height is your genes. Look at your parents and you will get an idea of how tall you will be.
Do not smoke, drink alcohol, a lot of caffeine or sodas. These can cause hormonal issues that can cause problems in development and growth. They also can cause bad bones and that is not good. Also stay away from artificial sweeteners and preservatives. Try to eat fresh organic fruit and veggies. If you eat meat try organic free range meats. They contain less if no hormones and pesticides which have been linked to growth and health issues.
