Not necisarily 15 pounds in 2 weeks, that’s just an example. But I have a goal to reach atleast 50 pounds in about 7 and a half months….I excerisize my *** off 6 days of 7 a week. I used to NEVER drink anything but soda practically…now I NEVER drink soda. It’s been alot easier than expected, lol. I was a night eater, I would stay up all night eating crap. Now I don’t eat anything at night…and have started going to bed at a decent hour. [11:00...I was going at like 7 in the morning].
I am 5′9 and 195 lbs.. not good. I want to weigh somewhere between 140-49/50ish by 7 months. If I could chose I want to weight 140. I started this a week ago….but it was an experimental week, now I pretty much know what to do…but I still need some help. All I really do i some light weight lifting for my arms, and some machines for my arms…and treadmill, and boy do I get a workout, or atleast feel like I do. I also run, I have a pedometer. If I eat about 800 cals a day..& drink lots of water.

Alright now listen carefully…when you go shopping only buy fresh fruits and vegies, whole grain bread, rice anything that is natural. its called a green diet. you won’t even need water. it’s all in the fresh fruit and vegies. you can maybe get some poweraid or gatoraid. you are gonna need A LOT of it. you are gonna need to purge your system of all the junk (sugars, red meat, ect.) eat a lot of fiber(spinach broccoli) keep dancing you need to keep your heart pumpin’ jump rope, run, swim, hell even get scared, and for those abs try to hula hoop yes it’s hard but it works
Special K diet for two weeks. And keep drinking water and exercise!
I’m just going to offer tips that actually work:
1. Stay away from wheat as much as you can. If you don’t like the alternative kinds then at least go for whole grain.
2. Keep celerey and cabage in your diet.
3. Cut down on Dairy products.
4. Eat your 3 – 4 big meals and try not to munch on snacks throughout the day.
5. Drink as much water as you can. It’s much easier and prefered to drink it at room temperature.
If you were to actually follow these steps strictly, you would probably lose too much weight too fast. I guess that can be an encouraging thought
