I need to lose at least 25-30 pounds as I am having multiple medical problems, the least being the new hip and leg pain which is causing me to be unable to even walk for exercise. I went to the chiropractor yesterday and my hip was “out”, so he put it back and today it is back “out”. I cannot afford multiple doctor visits, and I know that if I could lose this weight, I would relieve much of the stress on the joints themselves, making myself more mobile. Any ideas?

    Fill your plate with veggies! Eat whole wheat instead of white whenever possible (bread, rice, cereal, etc) Buy sugar free/ or fat free whenever possible. There is a program on PBS called Sit And Be Fit. Try that! Good Luck!

    i’ve been completely shedding pounds by chewing papaya enzyme pills with every meal. they help breakdown the food correclty so not only do you not gain as much weight from the food you eat, you also get hungry less and you have more energy. and i totally stumbled upon these by accident. my freind takes them and he had them in a tin. i thought they were candy- you chew them and they are very sweet. they are in the vitimans and minerals section at most drug stores.

  • drink only water -lean cuts of meat—eat lots of veggies- fruits-cut down on salt and salty foods—low carbs- ask your doc what type of exercise you can do (since you have multiple health problems – also make sure of the diet suggestions are ok for you too)

    lift free weights, try yoga, eat smaller portions, don’t drink soda, eat lots of spicy foods, and get your veggies

  • Cut back on your portion size.
