		<description>Yes, your pedometer is off. I don&#039;t think you should really rely on one, because most of the ones i&#039;ve seen/tried are never correct. 
Diets do work, but people usually just bounce around between 20lbs. You just need to change your eating habits and lifestyle. And it seems that you are very motivated to do so. If you eat 5-6 small meals a day, and continue walking twice a day your weight will steadily decrease. There are other alternatives for cardio other than walking. So if the weather is horrible, maybe you can jumprope, or pop in an aerobics video.  It&#039;s great that your motivated nows the time to loose weight, the younger you are the easier it is.
