Health is very important. If you’re not taking care of your health, then you won’t function well.
As with the diseases at the younger age… well, there are several factors. But i think the #1 reason is the environment. Almost everywhere you go, there’s pollution of all kinds. So i won’t be surprised if an infant so healthy today, may die tomorrow due to pollution.
I think it’s a combination of both. Children do get sick from eating too much junk food, and they don’t bother to go play outside anymore. It’s sad, but true. They’re too young to die. They need to establish healthy habits – eat, sleep, and exercise – before it’s too late.
There’s a saying,”Health is Wealth”.This is very true as no matter how much money you have,if you have poor health,you will not be able to enjoy your life.Nowadays,people takes a lot of fast food due to the rapid daily life and lack of exercise as we are sitting down,facing the computer all day long.Without daily workouts and a balanced food diet,people tends to fall sick very easily.
