I would say it depends on what you’re eating, but JitB hardly has healthy choices.
Even if you do exercise, your health is still in trouble. Fast food is always the source of the five unhealthiest foods in diets (according to Dr. Oz): Saturated fat, Hydrogenated Oil, Sugar, Enriched Flour, and corn Syrup.
This stuff tends to clog up arteries, and stick in the system.
Alot. Unless you’re trying to gain weight, I suggest you change your eating habits. JITB occasionally is ok but everynight? You are clogging up your arteries with all that fat and cholesterol. Make a change for the better.
