		<description>I think it´s better to focus on your diet: eat healty food - leave hamburgers and pizzas out of it. Try to drink fresh water - don´t drink lemonades and stuff. Use your own legs - walk to your workplace and back every day and remember to use the stairs - no elevators.</description>
