    I think it´s better to focus on your diet: eat healty food – leave hamburgers and pizzas out of it. Try to drink fresh water – don´t drink lemonades and stuff. Use your own legs – walk to your workplace and back every day and remember to use the stairs – no elevators.

    the easy way to exercise is just 15m in the morning or in the evening. a smooth warming, then 200-500 escaping(roping) then 20 belly moves. this will maintain your health. it impact on your belly size, one your weight, digest and nerve.

    Just eat well and take the stairs at work(if u got em), skip, swim loads of ways to stay trim without costing you a fortune in money.I bike and at 55 i dont look a day ova 40 LOL.
