Dear friends how do you maintain your day to day health? I mean what simple precautions and remedies do you adopt on your own to stay healthy and fit and fine. For example, some of us do regular exercises, go to gym, go for swimming, walking or cycyling etc. Some of us take some vitamine or health related pills to stay healthy. Some of us adopt home made remedies. Some of us avoid certain kind of foods eg fatty or oily food, carbohydrates or starch etc or some of us specially take certain kind of food say green and leafy vegetables to stay fit. What do you do to stay healthy in your day to day life? Please share your thoughts with me! Thanks in advance.

  • Well I should do more to be honest, but I try to walk every day and I also try to avoid fast food.

    I take multivitamin, do cardio for at least 30 minutes everyday, I only drink water as beverage, lots of it, I pretty much eat low fat but have been bad yesterday and today!

    i like 2 work out at least 3 times a week with weights and a lil cardio i try to drink alot of water also i love milk and stray away from fried foods. i also play with my dogs it keeps me active

    I take multivitamins and flax seed oil tablets on a daily basis. I also try to watch what I eat, only seldomly having something very bad for you (example: McDonalds, food high in saturated or any trans fat). I admit, I eat candy bars sometimes, or have Dairy Queen three straight days, but I don’t do it often. Moderation is key.
    I also weight lift 3-4 days per week. It’s something to keep my strength up, as well as my weight/muscle and health.
