One Response to “I Want To Lose Weight On My Belly, Help (pedometer, Step Counter)?”

understand this forever: you can not lose fat only in a specific part of the body. that’s a fact, so no discussion.
now, roughly speaking fat is going proportionally equally from all body fat storages. the stomach area for guys has the highest fat storage capacity (bottom for women). Everywhere around your body is fat, but when you lose it, say you lose 5 kilos, then these 5 kilos are proportionally taken from all the places so the body is changing uniformly otherwise do you even imagine the different body shapes people would have?
so just work out and your stomach fat will decrease.
and when you work out, each time you work out your heart beat should go up (60% of max) so not same 3 miles every time, you have to improve as you get better.
