how do I know if I am burning enough calories if I run non-stop everyday for a whole hour and do aerobics for 30 minutes, but don’t break a sweat? I run for a whole hour everyday 5 days a week and do some aerobics and stretching for an extra 30 minutes everyday
I first started by walking about a month ago and I weighed myself at 150 and I have only lost 5 lbs pounds from then until now but I only eat raw foods, and I haven’t seen any improvements. What would you recommend that I do?
I was thinking about enrolling into a gym because I thought that I was exercising very wrong, but I have muscle but I just want to loose weight. I am 17 and I weight 145 lbs, what would u recommend that I do?
I eat healthy and I drink allot of water. I have lost weight before in a month. I have lost bout 20 lbs in a month before, do u think it has something to do with my metabolism?

  • First of all, muscle mass weighs more than fat–so, as you lose fat and build muscle at the same time could you actually experience weight gain–you did not–so you gained muscle mass and lost fat–which will lead to a nicely toned body in the long run—continue what you are doing and try to find you charts of what exercise burns how many calories to determine if you need to increase the time of your exercise. So far do I not think that you did anything wrong. Like I said, you are gaining muscle mass while burning fat away, and for you not to have gained weight during that process is a big plus!!!!
