Here is what I know.Please, answer and explain if you have a better suggestion;
1.Correct breathing and body gesture, you should count from 1to 6 while breathing in and 1to17 until you breath out.(after a while you will get use to it without counting the numbers).
2.Drinking about 4-8 glass of water per day.
3.Exercise.(Walking,etc).
4.Checking overall health.(Medical tests).
5.Prevention. Avoiding unhealthy drinks, food , and habits.
6.Eating variety of Healthy food.
7.Self Realization / Thinking at present.
8.Sufficient sleeping.





















You pretty much nailed it. Add fresh air, sunshine-but limited, and the word you were looking for is posture correct body posture. Less meat intake. Protein using beans, nuts. Diet closer to original diet of garden of Eden. Moderation in all things.
Don’t forget to brush your teeth and go to the bathroom every now and then while you’re at it.

how about not to take life to seriously,everything in moderation,ad just enjoy life.
Don’t forget to wash your hands. This probably goes along with prevention, but it’s a simple one that works wonders. Wash your hands often, with soap!
