I’m 17, 5 7″, medium bone density, fairly muscle-y, and super chunky at 160 lb!. I need to get back to my 139 lbs., which means 3 lbs. a week for 7 weeks to meet school. Do-able? I am 17, and know a lot about health/exercise. I’ll be exercising every second day burning 500 plus calories, and of course eating healthy.





















it wil work but why do you want to be under weight? according to military standards i am suposed to be 135 and i am 5′2″. so you are acctualy the proper weight for your hieght.
